Welcome to eXperience Tech Group LLC’s (“GRABB”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) mobile device software and web application (the “GRABB Software”), website, and any other mobile, API, or web-based services owned, controlled, or offered by GRABB now or in the future (collectively, the “GRABB Services”).

For clarity, any reference herein to “GRABB Services” includes the GRABB Software, our website (www.grabb.date), and all related communication and matching features.

Users who access, download, register, use, purchase, or subscribe to the GRABB Services (collectively or individually, “You” or “User” or “Users”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service (this “Agreement”). If You do not agree, You may not access or use the GRABB Services.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This Agreement includes a binding arbitration clause and a waiver of class actions. agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service (this “Agreement”). 1. Definitions

• “Service” – GRABB platform, website, apps, and all related services.
• “User” / “Member” / “You” – any natural person who creates an account or uses the Service.
• “Content” – text, images, videos, profile information, messages, and other material shared on GRABB.
• “Premium Services” – paid features, subscriptions, boosts, credits, or other in-app purchases.
• “Moderator” – GRABB staff or automated systems responsible for enforcing the Content Moderation Policy.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to use GRABB.
• By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and are legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
• Users from jurisdictions where GRABB is prohibited may not use the Service.
• We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time.

3. Account Registration

• Account creation requires accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• Sharing accounts or credentials with others is prohibited.

4. User Content and License

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, post, or share on GRABB, including text, images, videos, and other materials (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant eXperience Tech Group LLC a perpetual (unlimited in time), irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and maintaining the GRABB Services, as well as for developing and training machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) models used for moderation, safety, or personalization purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

This license continues even if your account is deleted, but only for operational, analytical, or legal compliance purposes (such as backups or dispute resolution).

GRABB may use automated tools and AI-based systems (such as image analysis, hash-matching, or content filters) to detect and remove illegal, abusive, or unsafe content in accordance with our Moderation and Safety Policies.

GRABB does not claim ownership of your content and respects your privacy settings and visibility choices within the app.

5. Code of Conduct

All users agree to use the Service respectfully and lawfully. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or discrimination of any kind.
• Sharing or requesting explicit or pornographic material involving minors.
• Spamming, unsolicited advertising, or promoting commercial services without written permission.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting identity.
• Soliciting money, gifts, or other compensation in exchange for romantic or sexual activity.
• Uploading malicious links, scams, or attempting to defraud other users.

Any violations of this Code may result in immediate account suspension or termination, as described in our Moderation Policy.

Users are strictly prohibited from collecting, scraping, or using any data, images, or profiles from GRABB for the purpose of training, developing, or improving artificial intelligence (AI) systems, data mining, or any form of commercial exploitation, without explicit written permission from eXperience Tech Group LLC.

6. Premium Services and Payments

GRABB offers optional paid features (“Premium Services”), such as boosts, subscriptions, or credits. Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party providers (Google Play, Apple App Store, PayPal, or Stripe).

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. By purchasing Premium Services, you acknowledge that the digital content or functionality becomes available immediately and you therefore waive your right to withdraw from the purchase under EU and Serbian consumer protection laws. For users located in the United States, GRABB does not offer refunds once the digital service has been accessed or used.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s app store account settings.

Prices and available Premium features may change from time to time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant price or feature updates via email or in-app notification.

If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms or our Code of Conduct, you are not eligible for any refund for previously purchased Premium Services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

GRABB provides the Service “as is” without warranties.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

GRABB is not responsible for:

• User interactions, meetings, or relationships.
• Loss of data or account access.
• Unauthorized access by third parties.
• Technical interruptions or errors.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GRABB’s liability is limited to the amount paid for Premium Services in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GRABB harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms,
• Your interactions with other users,
• Any content you post,
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity involving your account.

10.1 Account Termination

GRABB reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct, without prior notice and without refund of any paid Premium Services. GRABB may cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required by law or in cases of suspected illegal activity.

11. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to collection, use, and storage of your data as described in that Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Wyoming, USA.
• Disputes will first attempt to be resolved informally.
• If unresolved, disputes are subject to binding arbitration or competent courts.
• Users waive class-action rights unless prohibited by law.

12.A Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Except where prohibited by applicable law, you and eXperience Tech Group LLC agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the GRABB Services, or any communications or transactions with GRABB shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, before a single arbitrator, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.

You and GRABB waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

If arbitration is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the dispute shall instead be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA.

This arbitration agreement does not apply to users in jurisdictions where mandatory arbitration clauses are prohibited by law.

12.1 Legal Entity

The GRABB platform and related services are owned and operated by eXperience Tech Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (File Number: 2025-001793523).

All contracts, billing operations, and legal relationships established through the GRABB Service are entered into with eXperience Tech Group LLC.

12.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA.

However, if applicable by local regulations or if required by mandatory consumer protection laws, users residing in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA) or Republic of Serbia may exercise their legal rights before the competent courts of their habitual residence.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eXperience Tech Group LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the Service. The total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for Premium Services during the preceding twelve (12) months.

13. Changes to Terms

• GRABB may update these Terms.
• Users will be notified via email or in-app notifications.
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
